Codestreaks is a founder-led studio based in Austin, TX, started by Abdullah Javaid, a senior mobile app developer, and co-founder Arsalan Amin, an ex-data scientist with Big Four consulting experience. The story, and why the studio exists, is on the about page.
Around him is a small group of senior engineers and designers working across AI systems, web, and mobile. There is no junior layer and no bench. Everyone on an engagement ships and owns their work end to end, which is also how we hire.
You will not find a grid of headshots and padded bios here. We would rather be judged on the work itself and on how the engagement runs: who answers your questions, how quickly, and what ships at the end.
You talk to the engineers doing the work, through Slack, email, and a weekly progress call. No account managers, no handoffs, no telephone game.
We take on two engagements per quarter. A small load is what lets a senior team ship production software in 4-8 weeks without cutting corners.
